Headmaster's Send-off Service

March 1999

The Rev. Samuel Antwi-Boateng ends five years of service with the school with a promotion to GES director and retirement to his hometown near Koforidua. The occasion is marked by a send-off service at the Methodist church in town.

Cadet Corps Inauguration

March 2001

After months of training, the Wenchi Secondary School Cadets Corps, under the supervision of faculty member Wisdom Ampomah, was formally inaugurated in March 2001. The program is one of only a few such ones in the country and the first in Brong Ahafo Region.
